Will stood on a cliff over the ocean. There was a slight rain coming down. On a normal day, he would be feeling quite good in the rain, with his head up, and enjoying the smells. But, this is not a normal day. His hair was wet, and he keept his head down, looking at the ocean. This day he lost the only family he had left. "Linali...."
Mina walked up behind him, quietly. She had a worried look on her face. "There you are... Why didn't you come and meet us...?"
Will remained quiet, still looking down at the sea. Mina walked up to him and put a hand on his shoulder, then she rested her head on his other. He sighed and then leaned his head up against hers. They stood there like that for a while, quiet and looking out into the ocean. Not one made a sound.
"Will..?" Mina said, pulling her head up and looking at him. "Ill always be here for you. Remember that." She kissed his cheek. He finally turned his head and looked at her. His sadened face never changed. He ran his hand along her chin and nodded. Then he turned and walked away. She walked with him. They walked past Serena and her family and towards town. Will said nothing the whole way, and Mina nodded to them that it was ok to leave. "It's ok, Ill meet you at the hotel when it is time to leave," She whispered to them. Then she caught back up with Will. They walked side by side into town. Will kept quiet the whole time, walking on the sidewalks.
"She was all I had..." He finally said. He stopped and sat on a bench. She sat down as close as she could to him, and looked at him, listening. "My mother and father were killed when Linali was an infant. My other sister... lost at sea. Now.... Linali was captured by Kei." Mina put her arm arund his back and put her head on his shoulder again. She was saddened also, mostly because Will was sad. But, she did like his little sister, and she did not like that she was captured.
"Will?" Quinn's voice came from behind them. He walked up to the bench. His face was as sad as Will's. Mina looked at him and thought, 'Strange... they look a little alike...'. "Come Will. There are things we need to go over," Quinn siad, putting his hand on Will's shoulder. "I brought your car. We can see Mina off to the airport, and then get back home..."
Will nodded, and the two of them stood up, and they walked to Will's car. They drove towards the hotel to meet up with Serena's family.
"Hurry now! We must get the last of this cargo in before we can leave for Japan!"
"Yes sir!" The men said, loading the last of the things onto the big cargo ship.
"Tell me Kei," A voice came from behind him,"How are our elite group's trainin sessions going?"
"We are down to fifteen men, and they have gone to Japan for the final sessions, master," Kei said. "It looks like the ship is ready for you, m'lord."
"Good, let us go then."
"Tell me lord, shall we keep attacking America with our monsters? I know they were meerly a distraction for Sun-"
"No we do not. He will follow us to Japan. There we will attack with more force. But, he will not be alone. He will have those Senshi that always seem to keep Japan from being attacked. We must be more careful in our plans, Kei. We only need three more girls."
"Yes, lord," Kei said, and he bowed. His lord walked onto the ship, ad everyone followed.
"I'm gonna miss you. When will they start the shoot for the movie?"
"Well, soon. We won't be apart for too long," Will said, hugging Mina.
"Good. In the meantime, I'll talk to you through E-mail right?" Mina asked, kissing him softly.
"You bet. Now go, or your cute little butt will miss the plane," Will said, turning her around and pushing her towards the terminal.
"Im going, im going," She said, giggling. "Although, that wouldn't be such a bad thing."
Will laughed and Mina waved goodbye, and walked into the terminal with Serena and Lita. Lita waved.. Will watched them until they were out of sight. Then he turned to Quinn.
"Come, we must talk," Quinn said, truning to leave.
They left the airport and went towards Will's home. Hermes was in the car with them. "So, Quinn, what do we need to talk about that sooms so important," Will asked.
"Yes, well its about Kei and his assoiates. He is not staying in America."
"What?" Hermes asked, looking up at Quinn from the back seat.
"Well, now that he has your sister, Will, they have one more source of power they need."
"Power? What does power and my sister have to do with anything?"
"Well, they are collecting young girls, as you know. But, the deal is that they are not only using them as sex slaves... which is disgusting in its own right. They are also going to use them in an ultimate plan for making a 'super soldier' so that the higher power that is over Kei can rule this world."
Will stayed silent for a second, thinking. They drove up to his house and got out of the car. Hermes ran inside to get something to eat, while Will and Quinn stayed outside and talked. "So... why are they going to Japan?"
"Well, that is where the most energy output on the earth comes from. Ever wonder why the evil creatures only attacked Japan when the senshi were fighting?"
"Ahh I see.... but what I do not see is how you know so much," Will said. "I know you are from the future, but how could you practically know every move I might make?"
"That will be solved in time, my young aprentice. Now, let us get something to eat, shall we?" Quinn said turning towards the house. Will walked with him, but Quinn stopped before they got far.
"Where is Hermes?" Quinn asked, seeming alarmed.
"He just went inside for some food," Will said. "Why?"
"Oh no.. You stay here Will. No go across the street, it will be better that way. Hurry!" With that, Quinn dissapeard. Will was puzzled, but walked across the street. Will reached the other side, and turned to look at his house. Just as he turned his back, a big explosion happened inside his house. Will's eyes widened and he started towards the house. A hand grabbed him from behind.
"No, Will," Quinn said.
"What!? I though you were in there?"
"I was. I teleported moments before the explosion," Quinn said, looking at the house.
"Wh-Where's Hermes???"
"I... couldn't find him..." Quinn said, and looked down.
"No..." Will said, lookig back at the house. "Hermes..."
The firemen arrived quickly and put out the fire. Will and Quinn went through the wreckage as more and more people were gathering around the house. Quinn picked up something and handed it to Will.
"Were lucky this thing is indestructable," Quinn said, as Will looked at his dagger. The two looked around some more, finding a few things here and there. Will bent down and picked up a picture. It had a picture of him and Linali, and had a drawing she made, in it. The glass was cracked, but the picture was in good condition. Will shook his head and walked over to his car and leaned on it. He looked at the picture for a while.
"Will? Oh my..." A voice came from behind him.
Will turned and saw Jess standing there, looking around at the wreckage. A police man came up to get Jess behind the retainer they put up, but Will stopped them. Jess walked up to Will.
"What happened?! I heard an explosion, and..." She looked around amased that this could have happened.
"The man that kidnapped you was behind this..." Will looked around at the wreckage. Jess gave him a hug, knowing that these were hard times for him.
