She is the Dark Messiah that the Deathbusters aimed to revive with the Holy Grail. Mistress 9 is the only other person besides Super Sailormoon who can fully control and use the Holy Grail. She planned to use it in the exact opposite of Sailor Moon, to destroy the World. She is an incarnation of evil that inhabits Tomoe Hotaru, whose body will serve as hers once she fully awakens. But, to do se, she requires "Heart Crystals", which different members of Death Busters are suppose to bring forward to her. Her role in Death Busters is important because only she can bring Pharoah 90 to Earth with her powers.
