Souichi Tomoe - a well known scientist, as well as Hotaru Tomoe's (Sailor Saturn's) father. He seems to have a split personality. He goes from a very kind man to a mean, sinister man. When his mean personality surfaces, he creates monsters for the Deathbusters. In addition, he has a clandestine and questionable past as a scientist...
