Prince Darien
He is acctually a brainwashed Darien/Tuxedo Mask! Beryl abducted him, and brainwashed him into one of her generals. Beryl had an infatuation with Darien, and when she found out the true identity of Tuxedo Mask, she wanted him even more.
Prince Darien always helped out the Senshi though. He claimed only to want the Imperium Silver Crystal, and never fought the Senshi over it. Malachite did not like this one bit, because whenever Malachite would attack the Senshi, Prince Darien would butt in and help them out.
In his final moments as the evil Prince Darien (also the final moments of the Dark Kingdom of the Negaverse), he almost killed Sailor Moon. Sailor Moon,
hoever, took the locket given to her by Tuxedo Mask back in the Silver Millenium, and told him to touch it. Dispite Beryl's commands not to, he touched it, and was cleansed of all the evil.
He died saving Sailor Moon from an attack by Queen Beryl.
