He is one of the original members of the Negamoon family. The sisters were just tag alongs of his. He was the firts in charge of finding little Reeny - and getting the Imperium sIlver Crystal on top of that. To add to all his stress, Emerald always came out an bugged him whenever he did anything wrong. This guy just had it bad.

The sisters were an advantage for him. He just sent them out to do the dirty work for him. But, when too many missions failed, and the sisters abandoned him, he had to go down and do the work himself. It looked like he was doing a good job.

In his end, he set his ship to blow up the Senshi and little Reeny also. The Senshi escaped, though, and he was left in the blowing up spaceship. Emerald showed up laughing, and ignored his cries for help. SHe let him blow up in the ship, and took over his job.
