Nephlyte, second of the Four Generals
Nephlyte replaced Jedite when he was sent to eternal sleep. He was more cunning, planning out all his attacks. He cunsulted the power o fthe stars before attacking, then called on their power to magnify a single person's energy, turning them into a monster - and also gaining their energy. He even disguised himself up as a human, Maxfeild Stanton, and learned more information.
Nephlyte was very powerful. He even came close to defeating the Senshi. Zoisite was even weary of a confrontation with him, even though she made fun of him. He even found out Sailor Moon's real identity - like Jedite did.
Nephlyte's downfall resulted when Zoicite planned to kill him. She thought he had the Imperium Silver Crystal - but it was acctually a crystal used in finding the Silver Crystal. At that time, he also fell in love with Sailor Moon's friend, Molly. In his end, he redeemed himself by sacrificing himself for Molly - taking an attack from Zoicite's youmas instead of Molly. In his final words, he asured Sailor Moon's secret would be kept a secret.
